What FinalLook does

FinalLook reviews prices, dates, times, and visible URLs across pages of a Canva design and shows values that may be worth reviewing.

How to use FinalLook

1. Open the design you want to review in Canva.
2. Open FinalLook and select “Check design.”
3. Review the differences, values, and page references shown.
4. Open the relevant page in Canva and review the content.
5. Make any necessary changes in Canva, then select “Check again.”

FinalLook does not automatically modify your design.

Currently supported

• Supported prices
• Supported dates
• Supported times
• URLs visible as readable text in the design
• Supported designs with up to 100 pages

The initial release is intended for the Canva desktop web environment.

Important limitations

FinalLook does not determine which differing value is correct.

Depending on the format or type of content in Canva, some text or values may not be readable or detectable.

FinalLook does not use OCR or decode QR codes, so text embedded in images and QR code destinations are not checked.

FinalLook does not currently check embedded link destinations.

Page numbers shown in results refer to the page position at the time of the check. FinalLook does not currently provide automatic navigation from a result to the relevant page.

For designs with more than 100 pages, FinalLook does not read page content. Split the design into sections of 100 pages or fewer before checking again.

If something does not work

If FinalLook could not check some pages, review those pages manually in Canva. If appropriate, update the design and check it again.

If a check cannot be completed, reopen FinalLook and try again.
