1. About FinalLook

FinalLook reviews prices, dates, times, and visible URLs across pages of a Canva design and shows possible differences for you to review before publishing.

FinalLook is read-only and does not modify your Canva design.

2. Information accessed and how it is used

When you start a design check, FinalLook accesses supported page information and readable text from the Canva design only as needed to provide the App’s functionality.

This access is limited to what FinalLook needs to read design content and display items for your review.

This information is used only to:

• detect supported prices, dates, times, and visible URLs;
• compare corresponding values across the design; and
• show possible differences, values, and page references for review.

FinalLook does not access embedded link destinations.

FinalLook also does not determine which differing value is correct or incorrect.

3. Processing and storage of design information

Information read from the design is processed within the browser environment where FinalLook is running.

During a check, readable design text is processed temporarily. The result may temporarily contain detected values, page information, and a limited amount of surrounding text needed for review.

FinalLook does not send this design information or scan results to servers operated by burioworks and does not store them in persistent browser storage.

We do not use design information or scan results for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties. We also do not transmit them for developer-operated usage analytics.

Results are held only in memory for the current App session and are not retained after the App is closed or reloaded.

4. Canva and public web pages

FinalLook operates within the Canva platform.

Canva may process information about the use of the Canva platform and Canva Apps Marketplace in accordance with Canva’s own policies. Information processed directly by Canva is governed by Canva’s applicable terms and privacy policy.

FinalLook’s public web pages are hosted using GitHub Pages. Information processed by GitHub in connection with those pages is governed by GitHub’s privacy policy.

We do not use our own web analytics or advertising trackers on FinalLook’s public web pages.

5. Information provided when contacting us

If you contact us by email, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, the contents of your message, and other information you choose to include.

We use this information to respond to your request, investigate issues, provide support, and maintain reasonably necessary records. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Please do not send confidential information or Canva design content unless it is necessary for your support request.

If you would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided directly to us, please contact us using the address below.

Where applicable law requires additional information about the operator, applicable request procedures, security measures, or related matters to be made available, you may request that information using the contact address below.

6. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy if FinalLook’s functionality, information handling, services, applicable law, or Canva platform requirements change.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the “Last updated” date on this page will also be updated.
