Privacy Policy

1. Basic Policy

Yoin is an app for saving what you felt and your memories after a live show for yourself and looking back on them.

Live show records that users save in Yoin, such as artist names, show information, short notes, records of what they felt, and photos, are generally stored on the user’s device.

The App has no feature that stores these live show records on servers operated by the Operator.

Yoin also has no user account creation or login feature.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following types of information on the device to provide its features.

• Artist name, show date, show name, and venue name
• What the user felt and short notes recorded after the show or the next day
• Photos added by the user
• Information about live shows the user plans to attend and information needed for notifications
• App settings and information entered but not yet completed

This information is not sent to the Operator during normal use of the App.

3. Collection of Usage Data

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase (Firebase Analytics) to improve the App.

Sending usage data is disabled by default. Collection begins only if the user explicitly enables the sending of usage data from the Settings screen.

If enabled, the following types of information may be sent to Firebase Analytics.

• Information about actions such as launching the App and using its features
• App and OS versions and information about the device
• Approximate regional information
• An identifier used to identify the App installation

This information is used to understand how Yoin is used and to improve its features and usability. It is not used for advertising.

Yoin is designed so that the usage data it sends does not include the contents of live show records, such as artist names, show names, venue names, short notes, records of what the user felt, or photos. Yoin also does not use the Android Advertising ID or its own user ID.

Users can stop sending usage data at any time from the Settings screen.

4. Data Export and Sharing

Users can export data saved in the App or send it outside the App using the sharing feature.

These actions are performed by the user. Information transferred to a storage destination or sharing destination selected by the user is subject to the privacy policy and other terms of that service.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Live show records stored on the device can be deleted by the user from the App. Users can also delete all Yoin data stored on the device through the Data Management feature.

If the user stops sending usage data to Firebase Analytics, collection stops from that point onward.

For usage data already sent to Firebase Analytics, deleting data in the App does not guarantee deletion from Google’s servers. Data in Firebase Analytics is handled in accordance with the retention period set by the Operator and Google’s policies.

6. External Services and Security Measures

The App uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to analyze usage.

When information is sent to Firebase Analytics, the encrypted communication channel provided by Firebase is used.

Except where required by law, the Operator does not sell information obtained through the App.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be changed in response to changes to the App’s features, the external services it uses, applicable laws, platform rules, or other relevant circumstances.

Revised terms apply from the time they are posted on this page.
